Synopsis
Judge uphelds remote id in RaceDayQuad vs FAA ruling. What implications does this have for pilots and the industry? In today's episode we talk about the outcome of the RaceDayQuad vs FAA on Remote ID as judge upheld remote id. We go over the implications of the ruling and what this means to pilots and the industry at large. RaceDayQuads sued the FAA in April early 2021 and filed the arguments on August 4, 2021. After subsequent replies and arguments, The Department of Justice (DOJ) and RaceDayQuads argued in court in front of a judge and a ruling was made by the judge based on the arguments.
