Ken Bechtel is a speaker, an educator and the producer and host of Speaking of Partnership. Having grown up on a farm in Central Illinois, he believed that not needing anyone was a good thing. He should be able to do it all himself.  And he wore the badge of self-sufficiency and independence proudly, until he realized it wasn't really a badge...it was armor and it was keeping him from having the amazing experiences that partnership provides. So he decided to partner with leaders from all walks of life to bring you stories of where they have tripped up and where they have triumphed in their partnerships.
