A friend of mine often starts driving while the hand brakes are on. The brakes are released only after realizing that the car is not running properly and heating up. Don't we do the same with our mind or body often? We, many a time, try to move up with tons of unnecessary stuff on our shoulders which causes stress. Positive pressure is good but not stress. It narrows your ability to think clearly, function effectively, and enjoy life. It may seem like there’s nothing you can do about stress like the bills won't stop coming, the expectations from work or relationships will be there, you'll be having limited time to perform tasks etc. But you have a lot more control than you might think.
