This week Joe is joined by fellow Marine Veteran and short-term rental developer Alex Jarbo. Alex served on Active Duty for over four years and was a member of the Marine Corps Honor Guard stationed at 8th and I. Alex prepared for his transition while still on Active Duty by working on his bachelor’s degree and encouraged his Marines to do the same. He shares how he entered the real estate and short term rental market through continuing his education and advice from trusted mentors. Alex is now building a “micro resort”; a unique, short-term rental experience.
