Journey To Be Me

Hey folks happy Saturday!. I'm off hiatus but in lockdown/quarantine thanks to the coronavirus pandemic. This week I'm talking about how we can keep things together physically and mentally during this quarantine. I have to admit this time has been difficult for me because I am so used to being able to get up and go when I feel like it and this time has really shown me how hard it is for me to just keep still.
