The notion of a Super Rugby team based in the Pacific Islands is nothing new but the Pacific Players Union chairman believes the latest plan has more substance.The Government's funded a feasibility study into a team that would see a team based in Suva and play some home games in Samoa, Tonga, Auckland and Sydney.Pacific Union Players chairman Hale T-Pole told Radio Sport Breakfast the timing is better."Working hard trying to rectify and get the tournament more exciting and just the good timing of this pushing for a Pacific Island team, it's just the right time at the right spot."Prime Minster Jacinda Ardern says the study was commissioned by the previous government."This was news to me as well, it was obviously before my time, Murray McCully instigated a review, a feasibility study around this option.
