Today on the show I’m honored to have Leehee Nigri on the show to share with you the role a therapist plays in eating disorder recovery, how Leehe helps her clients identify diet culture in their lives and how a dietitian and therapist can complement each other in helping their clients thrive.   Leehe is a licensed mental health counselor, located in Boca Raton, FL. She works with adults with a broad spectrum of diagnoses and struggles. Leehe specializes in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) for depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder; EMDR trauma therapy for PTSD and other trauma-related struggles; and Intuitive Eating for eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image issues. She works with individuals, couples, and families, and provides services in English and Hebrew.    Leehe's main objective is to guide her clients in cultivating self-empowerment, wisdom, and liberation.
