The McDonald's McRib wasn't a huge hit when it was first introduced. That might be because it came on a normal bun and the BBQ sauce was in a packet like their ketchup. They did a little revamp to make it what it is today. Now they bring the McRib back every once in a while, usually in the fall, to great fanfare. When the McRib is announced as being back on the menu, tons of people flock to McDonald's to get their fix.
