Happy Monday Family!!! COnversations with Friends, Episode 6 is a conversation with my friend, Danielle Haines. Danielle is a special soul in my life and in the life of so many humans on this planet. She is a mother, a sister, a friend, a midwife, a doula, a lover and a healer. She brings light and love to all circles she sits within. I am grateful to have her energy being shared with you all. Danielle is a seasoned midwife in Phoenix AZ, working with mamas during their pregnancy and after as they bring new life into this world. The pureness of this time of life is known by our midwives. As long as their have been women, there have been midwives at their side walking them through the birth.  This friend of mine is also a yogi and energy worker using Body Talk (https://www.bodytalksystem.com/) to tune into bodies and assist with the deep healing that is stored in the bodies muscle memory/awareness.  She serves her community in multiple ways and her sisters too. Happy Monday family!!! Conversations with Friends Episode 5 is a conversation with my friend, Daniel Tes! Daniel and I have known each other for over a decade now. We met in Southern California and just so happen to be neighbors again in the desert. Daniel and his wife moved out to Phoenix to open The Local Donut, a neighborhood donut shop that feels like the Cheers of donut shops. If you're in Scottsdale make sure you check them out!  Daniel and I worked together in So Cal and while we did plenty of work, we also talked, a lot! I began my vegetarian lifestyle sitting next to my friend and always felt a special connection with him when it came to food, healing and creativity. He is an amazing artist and creator. He has a trusted ear in hip hop and is always looking for ways to rise himself and those around him to the next level. I learned a few new things about my friend in today's conversation too, like he is a practicing yogi and enjoys kundalini! Its funny how time can move in and push friends apart though

Nicholle is an international public speaker, intuitive healer/coach and medium that helps women connect with their inner voice, learning to trust it. Nicholle is a mama friend too and like so many of us, is being transformed by the blessing of motherhood. She shares her love of movement and meditation with children around the valley during her family yoga class and is a best selling author in the book When You're Done Expecting, a much needed collection of stories that share the many different perspectives of motherhood after birth. She also uses her natural born skills to help connect children with their intution, a much needed focus for the newer generations of youth! Viet Mai has always been an inspiration to me and now as adults I am so much more moved by my friends skills, intelligence and passion.
