So it wouldn't be a Hooniverse podcast without the potential for audio issues... and that's what you get to celebrate episode 100!Our guest this week is AJ Gordon who is the Content & Social Media Manager for the Petersen Museum. He's also the host of the great Car Stories podcast, which has tons of guests. Our chatter this week revolves around what we've done over the past 100 episodes, the new Paul Newman biopic, and also what's going on with HoonTruck and Blake's Miata.Additionally, we dive into what it's like to work at the Petersen and focus on a crowd-funding project the museum is taking on. Jeff, Blake, and Chris are all together again for the first time in over a month. It's a spring-time miracle!Our guest this week is Hooniverse's own Jason Connor, who serves as the camera car driver and occasional editor of cool car stuff. We briefly chat about some new car news but then drive into what we've been driving and our own car chatter.This includes talk about the McLaren 650S Spider, Corvette Z06, Jason's two fords, Blake's Miata, Chris' own Ford, and Jeff's HoonTruck.

This week Blake and I are joined by Ben Hsu founder of Japanese Nostalgic Car. We of course cover all manner of bygone japanese motoring but we also touch on Miata rotaty conversions, Fiesta projects, bad action movies, Ayn Rand fashioned distopias and why Blake's mom loves DSM cars.

With Jeff out of town and Blake writhing in agony from "the fevers" Zack and I were left with little recourse but to sit down with our friend and all around Hoontastic yobo Corbin Goodwin. Many of you likely know Corbin from the "Zero Fucks Given" RX-7, the Jettamino and most recently his drift Rolls.  Beyond those projects we talk about Corbin's day job of driving for Lyft, the mertis of rotary engines, general lust for inline 6 cylinder engines, why Audis generally suck and myriad other topics. 

This week former Hooniverse producer and frequent contributor Zack Klapman joins us with tails from New Zealand.  The Smoking Tire film crew recently embarked on a lengthy trip to kiwi-land that stretched the across much of the country and brought a variety of highly modified and custom built cars. 

The Ring Brothers are in town to show off their latest award-winning creation known as Recoil. While they're out West, they've been kind enound to jump into the podcast palace. Mike and Jim Ring stop by to chat about how they got started and what they have in store for the future. We've been busy... this week Blake and I go in depth into the 2015 Lexus RC F, Chevy Colorado and Chevy Trax while also covering the newly announced Focus RS, Ferrari 488 GTB and Porsche Cayman GT4. In addition we also talk about Blake's quality time spent with the current Aston Martin lineup and my most recent purchase; a 2015 Fiesta ST.

This week Blake and I decided to record an episode inside the 2015 Ford F150 Ecoboost whilst venturing to the wilds of deep Corona California to pick up his freshly built Miata engine. This week we cover the Ford GT, Buick's lack of direction, chassis stiffening, mid-engine Corvettes, the Mercedes SLS + AMG GT all under the veil of imminent road rage. Please excuse some tapping noise at the very end of the episode as our microphone mount became loose.

Carlos Lago is a man who drives man amazing machines... but the one that is currently providing him the most thrills happens to be his own project Nissan 240SX. That's because it has a LS3 crate motor that's making 430 horsepower. His car is fast, and it enjoys going fast in both straight lines and sideways as well.Oh, he also plays host on the Motor Trend channel when he's not churning out stories and reviews for the print side. He's also our guest on episode 83 of the Hooniverse podcast.

Host Jeff Glucker is joined by guest Mike Satterfiled who is the Creative Director behind The Gentleman Racer and MP Speed Shop clothing. Satterfield is also in charge of drumming up drivers for the Rally Historico Transpeninsular, which is a road rally for pre-1973 vehicles that starts in Tijuana and runs down to Cabo San Lucas.The chatter ranges from the rally and Mike's companies, as well as his stable of vehicles.
