And what Hitler is he be compared to? Is it the 1940's Hitler in all of his hateful glory or the 1929 rise to power Hitler. His pre-game, so to speak, when he was rising in popularity and the masses were coming out in droves to salute and cheer him. There's been a lot of speculation in the press and Tony and I even seem to agree with some unlikely sources and pundits in this episode of the show. 

Mittens comes unglued and if he is the new GOP standard-bearer, well, how much trouble are they in?  The debate, or whatever you want to call last night's embarrassment is over, done and finito, but will any of the Rubio/Cruz assault hurt or help Trump?  By the way, was John Kasich even there last night?  Happy Friday electorate!

Is the GOP imploding?  T&Z will break that down and you should not expect the same old same old. These are trying times for Republicans and potentially dangerous as We'll also look at Melissa Harris Perry leaving MSNBC in not a happy way, and oh, so much more!

GOP, DEMs, Super Tuesday and who's ahead in the polls and why. It's another Trump surprise to the pundits, but to no one else. The GOP is in such a panic they've trotted out Mitt Romney to talk about taxes. That's right, Mitt Romney is making comments on Trump's taxes.

Should we, as Democrats, hold our elected officials to a higher standard than others when it comes to campaign tactics? The weekend results from Nevada and South Carolina and what they mean according to political watchers T&Z. With strong opinions on all sides of these results, this could get interesting. Jeb! is out! We'll talk that up and is Democratic turnout a concern for the Democratic Party? It should be.

What did the Pope really say about Donald Trump? While the headlines are keeping to their very bombastic headlines of the a war of words between Donald Trump and Pope Francis, we have a slightly different view, based on what the Pope actually said in his native language. Tony was out and about, so Rheana Nevitt Piegols sat in to chat about the Pope v Trump debacle and more on Jonathan Capehart from the Washington Post who blocked @zombeck from his twitter feed. As discussed in the show, the article referrenced about the Pope and what he said appeared in Washington Post and was written by By James Martin, a Jesuit priest, editor at large of America and author of "Seven Last Words." The article, "What the pope did, and didn’t, mean when he said Trump was not a Christian" contains the words spoken by Pope Francis on the plane in Mexico and it is apparent that what the media is reporting is quite different from the facts - we're so surprised.

Wednesday, February 10, 2016, the show is all about the victories in New Hampshire, who won beyond the top vote getters, who lost, who is staying and who may be going bye-bye.  We'll also look at exit polling, polling in general and what they tell us.  Also, Marco Rubio and Carley Fiorina may just be the masters od denial. We also have a special guest who will share a real moment he had with Chris Christie and offer his thoughts on New Hampshire, as he LIVES there!

Analiese Dobblestein, of Environment America Center joined us today to talk about Tyson foods and their role, along with other corporation, in polluting the nation's water ways. We've included a link to the PDF below.  Also today, the first in the nation primary in New Hampshire.  How will today's result differ from Iowa (and it will), and who has the edge at this point?  Polling is again on trial and with New Hampshire having a great deal of independent voters this could be a very long night for some and a short night for others.  We'll also speculate who may be the next GOP candidate to back down if there is one and so much more!
