Each week, Dr. Lauryn invites guests on the show to break some rules with her in the studiodebunking popular health and nutrition myths, exposing new truths, and inspiring breakthroughs in your own life and mind.
Her work is inspired by her own 15 year battle with a severe eating disorder that almost took her life at age 24. Now recovered, she works with girls and women around the globe to transform their mindset, heal their body, and declare peace with their body, food and fitness, (once and for all).
