The drug and homeless problem in and around Massachusetts Avenue and Melnea Cass Boulevard that has been plaguing the area for quite some time has not exactly been solved, despite Mayor Wu’s efforts. The problem appears to have just moved to the Boston Common as neighborhood residents’ express concerns.
