Mark Radulich is on a quest to lose 150lbs over the next several months.  He's on a medical weight loss plan through the Medi Weight Loss Clinic in Tampa FL.  This is his first diet diary entry.  He'll talk about the hx of his battle with food addiction and subsequent weight gain.  He'll talk about the first time he had to go on this diet and why he put back on all the weight.  Finally, he'll explain what brought him to the crossroads and made him start this process all over again. Alan Moore Month Continues with The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is a comic book series co-created by writer Alan Moore and artist Kevin O'Neill which began in 1999. The series spans two six-issue limited series, Volume I, Volume II, and an original graphic novel Black Dossier from the America's Best Comics imprint of DC Comics, and a third volume and spin-off trilogy Nemo published by Top Shelf and Knockabout Comics. According to Moore, the concept behind the series was initially a "Justice League of Victorian England" but quickly grew into an opportunity to merge many works of fiction into one world. Elements of Volume I were used in a loosely adapted feature film of the same name, released in 2003 and starring Sean Connery. The film opened at #2 at the box office but was met with negative responses from critics and had little resemblance to the comic book source, and resulted in Alan Moore's departure from involvement with Hollywood. The boys review the latest from industrial music legends KMFDM, KMFDM - Rocks: Milestones Reloaded. The album, a personal "best-of" compilation by KMFDM protagonists and masterminds Sascha Konietzko and Lucia Cifarelli, who claim the re-imagined, re-mixed pieces would be an "ideal playlist for a live set," commemorates the band's 32nd anniversary. Ranging from remixes by Bradley Bills of CHANT to producer/musician extraordinary Marco Trentacoste and Sascha Konietzko himself, the re-worked versions extract the essence of KMFDM's music and, at the same time, place new emphases. In true KMFDM tradition, "Rocks" bears all the band's trademarks: the (mostly) five letters commonly used in the title, as well as the iconic graphics of Aidan Hughes a.k.a. UFC 203 has concluded and what a wild ride it was.  Stipe Miocic successfully defended the UFC heavyweight title against Alistair Overeem, Fabricio Werdum defeated Travis Browne then got into an altercation with Browne's cornerman, and CM Punk got submitted in the first round by Mickey Gall.  The expert panel will be reviewing all of that craziness plus a look ahead to next week when the UFC debuts in Hidalgo, Texas with Fight Night 94 and a main event between Dustin Poirier and Michael Johnson.

Watchmen is an American comic-book limited series published by DC Comics in 1986 and 1987, and collected in 1987. The series was created by a British collaboration consisting of writer Alan Moore, artist Dave Gibbons, and colorist John Higgins. Watchmen originated from a story proposal Moore submitted to DC featuring superhero characters that the company had acquired from Charlton Comics. Moore used the story as a means to reflect contemporary anxieties and to deconstruct and parody the superhero concept. Watchmen depicts an alternate history where superheroes emerged in the 1940s and 1960s and their presence changed history so that the United States won the Vietnam War and the Watergate scandal was never exposed.  Wat
