UFC on FOX 21 is in the books and the 411 expert panel is here to review all the action.  Demian Maia clearly claimed a title shot with a first round submission win over Carlos Condit, Anthony Pettis snapped a three fight losing streak by beating Charles Oliveira, and Paige VanZant returned to action with a highlight reel KO win.  Plus we'll preview next weeks card including a heavyweight fight between former UFC heavyweight champions Josh Barnett and Andrei Arlovski and top light heavyweight contender Alexander Gustafsson tries to break a two fight losing streak when he takes on Jan Blachowicz.

The Documentary Diary rolls on!  Recorded a while back, Ronnie and Jesse talk about a quirky documnetary called "24 Hours on Craigslist." From the wiki: 24 Hours on Craigslist is a 2005 American feature-length documentary that captures the people and stories behind a single day's posts on the classified ad website Craigslist. The film, made with the approval of Craigslist's founder Craig Newmark, is woven from interviews with the site's users, all of whom opted in to be contacted by the production when they submitted their posts on August 4, 2003. The documentary screened in nine film festivals during 2004 and 2005, winning a 'best feature documentary', and played in a limited, self-distributed, theatrical release in 2005 and 2006. The film was released on DVD on April 25, 2006.

The boys are back to review the latest offering from Sabaton, The Last Stand! The Last Stand is the eighth studio album by Swedish power metal band Sabaton. It was released on 19 August 2016. It was produced by Peter Tägtgren in Abyss Studios. Like Sabaton's previous album Heroes, The Last Stand is a concept album and takes inspiration from famous defensive "last stand" battles. On June 10, 2016 the first single The Lost Battalion was released, followed by Blood of Bannockburn on July the 15th and Shiroyama on August the 12th.

One of the most fan friendly events in recent memory wrapped up, UFC 202 is in the books and Conor McGregor defeated Nate Diaz via majority decision.  Elsewhere on the card Anthony "Rumble" Johnson knocked out Glover Teixeira in just 13 seconds to secure a title shot at light heavyweight.  UFC on FOX 21 is on the horizon as Carlos Condit takes on Demian Maia and former UFC lightweight champion Anthony Pettis makes his featherweight debut against Charles Oliveira.  The 411 expert panel is here to talk about all of it.

Winfree and Radulich review the latest Disney Live Action Remake, Pete's Dragon. Mr. Meacham (Robert Redford), a woodcarver, delights local children with stories of a mysterious dragon that lives deep in the woods of the Pacific Northwest. His daughter Grace (Bryce Dallas Howard) believes these are just tall tales, until she meets Pete (Oakes Fegley), a 10-year-old orphan who says he lives in the woods with a giant, friendly dragon. With help from a young girl named Natalie (Oona Laurence), Grace sets out to investigate if this fantastic claim can be true.

The UFC kicks off nine consecutive weeks of MMA action this Saturday with UFC 202.  The main event is a rematch between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz, their first fight was one of the most purchased PPV's in the UFC's history and was a bloody back and forth affair that saw Diaz hand McGregor his first UFC loss.  Now they're back at it again, also on the card is a light heavyweight fight between heavy hitters Anthony "Rumble" Johnson and Glover Teixeira with the winner likely entering the title picture and the loser having to rebuild all over again.

The gang reviews the latest from opera metal singer, Tarja; The Shadow Self! The Shadow Self is the fifth studio album released by Finnish vocalist Tarja Turunen. The record was released on 5 August 2016. The songwriting started just after the release of Colours in the Dark in 2013 and Tarja gave hints through her Facebook and Twitter accounts along the way. In the start of 2016 Tarja started to reveal more bits about the album and put up bits of lyrics on Facebook. Tarja also stated on her Twitter account that there would be two collaborations with two woman singers on the album. In 17 October 2015, Tarja performed two new songs. "No Bitter End" and "Goldfinger", which would be the first glimpses of the new album. On 14 March 2016, the artwork and album name finally got revealed. Andrew Graham joins Sean and Mark to talk about the the Bourne Trilogy! The Bourne films are a series of action spy thriller films based on the character Jason Bourne (Matt Damon), a CIA assassin suffering from extreme memory loss who must figure out who he is, created by author Robert Ludlum.  All three of Ludlum's novels were adapted for the screen, featuring Matt Damon as the title character in each. Doug Liman directed The Bourne Identity (2002), and Paul Greengrass directed The Bourne Supremacy (2004), The Bourne Ultimatum (2007) and Jason Bourne (2016). Tony Gilroy co-wrote each film except for Jason Bourne.  The Bourne series has received positive critical reception and grossed over $1.3 billion. It is noted for its use of real stunt work, in contrast to the growing use of computer-generated imagery in action scenes.

The Metal boys of summer are back with a new review, Dunsmuir!
