Hangoutlander returns this week with special guests, Ginger and Summer from Outlander Podcast! These girls have been chatting about Outlander (the books, the show and the fandom) for over 3 years. We loved having them join our panel from TN including Beth, Bekah, Tiff and Julie as we discussed episode 4 of season 2: La Dame Blanche. Love it or hate it, this episode really moved the plot of this season forward … and by plot we mean Jamie and Claire’s relationship. For all our celebration over the end of the real Droughtlander, there were tough times too: Mary Hawkins’ attack and that crazy three stooges fight scene. Welcome to Boozy Book Club: MOVIE MONTH! In this edition of Boozy Book Club we're talking about books and books to movies. If you really enjoy book to movie adaptations, then this is a really great episode for you to listen to. In March we read The Light Between Oceans and Miss Peregrines Home for Peculiar Children, both of which are heading to the big screen this fall. The Light Between Oceans stars Michael Fassbender, Alicia Vikander and Rachel Wiess, and Miss Peregrine's stars Eva Green and was directed by Tim Burton. Both of them look really incredible. So this month, our book clubbers (Beth, Tiffany, Amy and Anne) discussed how movie adaptations affect our reading of the book. How casting choices affect character as well as delving into which characters we had sympathy for or not. This hangout was recorded on April 4, which was a big day in TN world as the season premiere for Outlander was happening in NYC, so we had a bit of FOMO going on. Welcome to the Totally Normal Podcast Episode 10: Hangoutlander San Diego Comic Con Edition   Our whole TN San Diego Comic Con 2015 Crew got together (minus Karen!) to talk behind the scenes of what REALLY went down at Comic Con this year.   We discussed our thoughts on The Outlander panel and what they showed us from Season 2. Julie shared what it was like to interview some of the cast and crew for the first time and we shared other stories (like when we ran into Sam Hueghan on the street)   After our Outlander chat we moved into general comic con fun. We dressed up! We threw a party!
