Thich Nhat Hanh: How To Fight Nana is so sorry that she went dark for 4 months! I love you! It's been a hell of a summer for all of us and while I took a conscious pause to focus on BLM, it quickly turned into a break where I focused on my family, my move and just trying to get out of bed in the morning.  I thought reading Thich Nhat Hanh's How To Fight would be an appropriate episode to start back up with, hopefully you all like it too.
