Showing up - More often Because sometimes we don't In this wonderful world of personal development, we are constantly told to show up, be our best self, and be vulnerable by singing from our voice and it's a good thing to do and in this episode, I'm here to give you permission not to - WHAT! It's okay to strive to show up and sometimes forget because that's life and if we can aim to be consistent in learning from those times. Then we will show up more often.
