Easy and Simple Still Takes Effort We, I, always bang on about knowing is not knowing if you are not doing what you know. Mastery, if only of one thing and you know many, is doing what you know and knowing what you do. Some look down on processes that appear simple and easy because they believe things should be difficult if worth achieving. To which I say only make it as difficult as you need it to be :O). You see here in the Personal Development Unplugged podcast (me that is) I believe in deconstructing the complicated into simple and easy steps because it's the result that's important not your ego. Becoming, finding, and enjoying the best version of yourself is one of the goals.
