If You Don't Do This You're Selfish And who wants to be branded selfish The problem is as I experience it with my clients, those that want to change, let go of anxiety, and fears, and regain their confidence and self-esteem all seem to think they are being selfish working and spending time and money on themselves. In fact, spending time and money working on yourself to the real you is in fact the MOST UNSELFISH thing you can do! "How do you come to that conclusion Cloughie?" I hear you shout. Well, firstly because I say so! And secondly, let me tell you why I am right, 100% right.
