Being Kinda Kind Not a 'Soppy' podcast just a likkle bit deep What is it with all this vitriol and shouting at each other and not thinking? I know it's a few but hell it's noisy!!!! Given all of that a couple of things that have happened recently have shone a light on simply being kind. It may cost you nothing, maybe a little bit, we've all got the ability, the skill yet how many use it and if we do use it could we do it more often - Being kind that is.
