When You Don't Need Your Why To Succeed Simon Sinek wrote 'Find Your Why' and finding your values is really important but this is not that. We've all done it, or is it just me? When thing aren't going the way we want - Asked ourselves questions like: 'Why is this always happening to me?' 'Why can't I do this?' 'Why does it keep going wrong?' 'Why am I such an Idiot?' And we'll answer with every excuse or reason, and they're all negative and dis-empowering and in effect let us off the hook - Every EXCUSE or even BLAME other people. So what better questions can we ask that will be empowering and get us away from negative beliefs, negative emotions or limiting beliefs? Well...........................
