The State of Utah just changed its guidance for pharmacists, now allowing the COVID vaccine to be administered without a prescription. Dr. Richard Ferguson is an emergency room doctor and the president of Black Physicians of Utah. He joins Maria Shilaos to break down who should get a COVID vaccine and why it's still important to remain vigilent when it comes to the disease, especially as the weather begins to turn.
