This show's Signature Cocktail is a simple Cold Brewed Iced Tea. To make your own, you will need: 6 tsp of loose leaf Oolong Tea 4 Cups of cold filtered water in a glass pitcher strainer Place loose leaf tea leaves in the bottom of a glass container or pitcher. Cover with cold filtered water. Place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Strain out tea leaves and pour over ice. Add lemon or mint if desired. Remember to share that pitcher with a friend.
