This week on the podcast we are getting to know our newest athlete Beth Lovatt . Beth is freaking strong so of course we get into that but we also talk heavily about how her lifestyle revolves around powerlifting and how she got where she is. We talk a lot about the feeling of acceptance coming into the powerlifting community, tattoos, struggling with body image, and how it feels to be at the level she is now. I had an insanely good time talking with Beth, getting the perspective of someone so far away who loves the same thing we do is incredibly valuable and relatable.
