ABOUT: Jacqueline Haven is a dynamic trainer and Employment Facilitator for the Department of Labor Transition Assistance Program, where she empowers Transitioning Service Members & their Spouses with the tools, knowledge, and self-assessment techniques they need as they begin their journey from active-duty service into the civilian workforce. As a military spouse herself, Jacqueline knows first-hand the challenges that transitioning service members and their spouses face in navigating and branding their skills to the civilian workforce. With over 15 years of experience creating and delivering engaging, interactive, and impactful in- person and virtual training to a wide variety of audiences, Jacqueline has an innate ability to captivate an audience and design and deliver highly interactive instruction. She is passionate about connecting people with the information and learning they need to enable their success and is continually recognized for going above and beyond to add value to diverse programs. A
