ABOUT: Jamie has served as a member of executive leadership teams, senior management teams, and in advisory roles in a variety of industries and settings. He has a passion for partnering with leaders at all levels, influencing decisions that drive positive change, and adding value through aligning HR activities with organizational goals and objectives. As a Marine Corps Officer with a military career spanning 15 years, Jamie’s efforts focused in the areas of leadership, HR, and training & development. Throughout his military career, he excelled as a Military Training Instructor, HR Officer, and Training Officer. After transitioning off of active duty, Jamie consulted with a handful of Companies in San Diego before accepting a position as the Director of Talent & Team Development for AlliedPRA. In this role, Jamie headed the strategic and tactical efforts in the areas of HR leadership, employee relations, full lifecycle recruitment, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Jamie played a substanti
