In his role as Director of Sales and Marketing for Dell in China focusing on the commercial market, Rajeev headed up the development and growth of this fast-growing business unit. Later as GM for Dell in South Asia, he was responsible for launching Dell India and turning around operations in South Asia. Rajeev was named Manager of the Year for Dell in 1996 and was an original member of the Dell.com e-commerce team.
