When when you discuss or talk about identifying your personal brand, what does that look like? And why is it so important to know what your personal brand is?  Well, the personal brand piece is really something that you sort of need to self identify with. I think a lot of people when they hear the term "personal brand" or "personal branding," I think they have this notion that they're going to go around and sort of like shake someone's hand and sa
