BLUE EYED MONSTER #4 Once When I Was Young. From what I've discovered it was made in around 84 or 85 in the Soviet Union, in one of the smaller republics, which one exactly my source couldn’t remember.  It was funded by a black marketeer, what they called a Fartsovshchik in the Soviet Union - that’s not a fart joke, and was written by, directed by and starred his much younger wife.It’s called 'Once When I Was Young' and is a rip off of the western soaps that had begun to be smuggled over and traded behind the iron curtain at that time.
