I was in a network marketing company that celebrated rank advancements and sales by putting you in front of a large room full of people.    The spotlight was such a big deal. However, what’s fascinating is that the same thing applies to our businesses.  We start off the year by taking massive action.  We do more, more, and more… more presentations, more social media postings, and talk to more people. But here’s the problem…  We are so focused in getting a number (quantity) that we sacrifice form (quality), which fundamentally leads to failure.    Know this -- you'll never see sustainable success and freedom by just focusing on quantity.
