E91 - Manifesting an Abundant Future: a Timeline Meditation
22/04/2024 Duration: 15minWelcome to "Manifesting an Abundant Future: a Timeline Meditation," where we embark on a personal journey of visualization and making things happen. In this experience, I invite you to find a quiet spot, free from distractions, and maybe grab your earbuds or headphones to really get into it. We're diving into the practice of shaping your future with intention and clarity. Throughout our time together, we'll focus on a specific goal or desire, something you want to bring into your life within the next 90 days. By picturing it in your mind, you'll see how powerful visualization can be. But it's not just about dreaming—it's about taking action too. As we imagine ourselves achieving our goals, let's also think about the steps we can take to make them real, like going for that run or sending out those job applications. So, relax and go with the flow. No need to overthink it. Trust that your intentions are powerful, and let's see where this journey takes us. And remember, you can always come back to this practice w

E90 - What I would do differently after going through a Holy Sh#t moment when I was 30
12/04/2024 Duration: 23minMany of us have found ourselves in situations where life hasn’t gone as we thought it would. Everything can feel like it’s falling apart and slipping from our hands. Life is unpredictable, but that doesn't mean you can't be ready for whatever curveballs it throws. It's all about intentional preparation. You can build that resilience, seek support, and prioritize your well-being like never before. In this episode, I'm taking a stroll down memory lane to a pivotal moment in my life. Picture this: I'm 30, loving my career but feeling the burnout creeping in. And then bam! I'm head over heels in a relationship, only to find out I'm pregnant right after I leave my job. Talk about a curveball! Reflecting on that time, I realize I was caught in a storm of emotions, doubting my intuition yet still trying to listen to it. It was like I knew something was off, but I couldn't quite put my finger on it. Ever been there? But amidst the overwhelming situation, I had some serious strengths on my side. My secret weapons were

How to be Aligned AF (and step into your most magnetic self)
29/03/2024 Duration: 40minWhen we are aligned, we are magnetic. Alignment is the sum of many things: our intuition, discernment, the data we're pulling in from the world around us, and our physiology. Most importantly, it keeps us energetically in a space where we feel the best (and yes, this means we are still going through life’s ups and losses). Being out of alignment means we're either sacrificing something that we should be holding onto or holding onto something, whether it's a situation we can't control or a past hurt we haven't healed from that we shouldn't. It’s keeping us in a state that is robbing us of our full potential. We're not operating from our most whole place. In this week's podcast episode, I coach you through an alignment framework I developed. I’ll help you get more clear on where you are and aren’t aligned in all areas of your life. And don’t worry—just because you get clear doesn’t mean you need to bulldoze your life. It’s about clarifying and making small, intentional steps toward your most aligned self.

E88: Leaders, if you want your team to scale, make sure you’re not making this common mistake!
19/03/2024 Duration: 11minLet's cut to the chase: You can't build a resilient team if you're not a leader who genuinely cares about developing your team to adapt to change. This will hinder your ability to scale and grow. It’s as simple as that. Sure, you can set goals, delegate tasks, and push for results, but without a genuine connection to your team members and knowing how to develop them, it's like building a house on shaky ground. Here’s the thing: Resilience isn't just about bouncing back from setbacks—it's about having the strength and support to face challenges head-on. It’s about operating within a culture that embraces change and growth. And that starts with you, as a leader. E87: Changing the Trajectory of Your Life - Interview w/ Paula Moyer
02/12/2020 Duration: 01h02minReady to accelerate your growth in 2021? In E87 Paula Moyer and I sat down to talk about our own growth and share our top tips on how to accelerate yours - which could not be more important with the New Year right around the corner. Real talk...2020 was a serious dumpster fire. BUT. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing - take a journey with me towards a serious perspective shift. Fire is simultaneously destructive and transformative. So why not take everything you learned in 2020 and use it to transform 2021... Burn off what we no longer need. Burn off what is no longer useful. Burn off what no longer serves you. And fuel that which is aligned with the best of you - to ultimately change the trajectory of your life. Paula’s journey is truly an example of leaning into the transformative power of the fire y’all. This is an episode you don’t want to miss!! And this all being said, we can also embrace how hard it actually was and grieve all the things that we may have lost (people, jobs, money, op

25/11/2020 Duration: 57minIs your ego running the show? Now I won’t get into the whole “your ego is not your amigo” speech - because here is the secret about true alignment, your ego operates in conjunction with the whole (it just doesn’t run the show). In E86 Marianne Zakhour and I sit down to talk about operating from a place of alignment, specifically in regards to leadership. And if you think that means this doesn’t apply to you, keep reading… Guess what? We are all leaders. E85: Learning to Let Go (Interview with Dr. Diana Draper)
17/11/2020 Duration: 01h01minAre you suffering enough? And here is what I mean by that… I don’t want you to inherently suffer, just like I imagine you don’t want that for yourself either - so why is it then that we wait until we hit rock bottom to start to make changes? Why do we have to sink so deep into the muck that we feel like there is no way out before we decide we’ve had enough - that this isn’t how we want to spend our lives? Because we think we aren’t suffering enough for change to be necessary? In this episode, Dr. Diana Draper and I share our own journey’s through the muck, and the lessons we’ve learned around responding to suffering sooner (listening to the gentle nudges before they become a big shove). Because guess what? Suffering is a natural part of life (meaning, it WILL happen), but that doesn’t mean we have to stay stuck in it. We are here to redefine shadow work y’all - and bring more grace, more joy, and more fluidity to the process. You are not alone.

And let me tell you, you are so much stronger than you know. In this week’s episode, I share with you some of the major milestones of my own journey - and how the most difficult experiences I have been up against have led to some of the proudest, most beautiful moments of my life. 27/08/2020 Duration: 27minIn this week’s episode I am highlighting a story that I shared on my Facebook page that was the beginning of both the Thrive Collective, and Female Founders Club. E75: The World Needs Stronger Leaders
13/08/2020 Duration: 28minHonestly, I don’t know how many more examples we need to see in this world for this to finally resonate and ring true for people…. This world needs stronger leaders. And it applies to every single dang one of us. Because leadership doesn’t just mean you’re in charge of a team. It’s leading your family. It’s in your communities. It’s how you show up with people at the grocery store or in your office or at the gym. Every single time that your actions, your energy and your words have an impact on someone else - you’re in a leadership position. So first, get comfortable with that and start to own the power that you have. In this episode, I’m going to challenge you in terms of how you show up as a leader….and not when things are happy and smooth and everything is peachy. But when things are tough and you’re caught in the corner; when you’re stressed to the max and life feels chaotic - how are you showing up in those times? *** Want to quickly gauge where you’re at with your own leadership? 72: How I Stopped Separating my Business & Personal Life
10/07/2020 Duration: 39minI used to compartmentalize myself into two separate beings reflecting back over my careers through the years. There was business Charlotte – high standards, high integrity, confident & strong. And then there was personal Charlotte – people pleasing, seeing approval and sometimes unconsciously searching for something to fill a void that I didn’t even know existed. I allowed certain behaviors from others and I was attracting in certain things based on how I felt. But what I failed to realize, and what I have learned and really shifted in the last few years especially, is that there is no separation. Who you are is who you are. Your value base and your integrity is the foundation of your personal and business lives. The work we do within our business is the same as the work we need to do as individuals to have the positive results we want within our lives; whether they are tangible results or the things you don’t see, like how you think, what you believe and how you show up. And when there are
