Impact The Outcome (I/O) and his goal is to Inspire, Motivate and Empower Haitian Millennials to reconnect with the homeland.This Podcast is based on three very important pillars that are INSPIRE, MOTIVATE, and EMPOWER.INSPIREWe hope to inspire the Haitian Millennials around the globe to take pride in the achievements of our forefathers. Now its incumbent upon us, the new generation to write a new page in the history book of the country.MOTIVATEWe hope to motivate them to learn more about the homeland, be a more forceful defender of our history and an apologetic ambassador for our people.EMPOWERWe hope to empower them to be more dignified of their origins and the roles in which our ancestors played in uprooting the evil that was slavery, and the fight toward equality and respect for all races.

    Suzanne Bélair, called Sanité Bélair, was a Haitian Freedom fighter and revolutionary, lieutenant in the army of Toussaint Louverture. Born an affranchi in Verrettes, she married Brigade commander and later General Charles Bélair in 1796. In 2004, she was featured on the 10 gourde banknote of the Haitian gourde for the “Bicentennial of Haiti” Commemorative series.
