    Bob and Mike grew up right here in Lincoln, NE. They have been friends since junior high school. They came together shortly after graduating high school and formed Stephens & Smith Construction Co., Inc. in 1971. In the early days, they were considered builder then they focused on concrete flatwork...which then developed into concrete foundations, gypcrete, floor coatings, water-proofing and more.   Due to this expansion, it became apparent that if they wanted to realize their company vision, they needed to create a method for hiring and retaining highly motivated and talented employees.  A compensation system was devised that was uncommon to the construction industry. She began working for Reynolds Design and Remodeling in 1993, and became their General Manager in 2014.    Magner is an award winning designer with over 26 years of experience in kitchen and bathroom design and remodeling.  She has her Master’s Degree and has earned her Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer (CKBD) administered through the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA).   Professionally, Pam has served as an officer for the local NKBA chapter and maintains her certifications through numerous continuing education courses.
