SEG/LFA's Jeremy Bjornberg calls in to preview AXS TV's LFA 2, and talk about all the other irons he has in the fire that is combat sports.

The guys open the show previewing BJ Penn's return and the rest of a mediocre card. They then take a call from Invicta/Glory/MMA Hour's New York Ric and covering all the events he has coming up, and give a brief overview of Eric's career. As they close the show they look at some of the lines coming up and try to predict what's next for Conor McGregor.

Sesh West is back in studio to recap UFC 207 and discuss where Ronda goes from here. Rich Savastano calls in. Dylan introduces some novel year end awards for part two of the inaugural Seshies.

The Sesh is once again recording from Hafers Studios for a year end review of MMA. After teasing a call from BJJ pioneer Carlos Machado, the boys jump into a preview UFC 207. They kick it off talking about Ronda Rousey’s mental state and give their predictions for the main event, and discuss Johny Hendricks’s matchup with Neil Magny and his fall from grace as championship main eventer to being relegated to the prelims. They then take a call from Carlos Machado. He recaps his journey through martial arts, and breaks down Wonderboy’s performance against Tyrone Woodley. After the break the guys finish their preview of UFC 207 and discuss Dominick Cruz’s matchup with Cody Garbrandt. The guys wrap up the show and 2016 by giving out some year end awards. Tom Hafers, Tim Burrill, Rich Savastano & and Matty Larose are once again broadcasting from Hafers Studios. They open the show asking Tom why he isn't drinking, and after determining that he must only have 6 months to live, they quickly recap the great fight between Derek Brunson and Robert Whittaker. They move to an extensive preview of the TUF Finale and make their picks. During the recording, Bjorn Rebney, GSP and more hold a press conference explaining there intent to start a union. The guys in studio dive deep into how realistic this is, and what it would mean for the sport. They also have a weight cutting discussion, and talk about Conor being stripped of his featherweight belt.

Tom Hafers, Rich Savstano & Tim Burrill are again broadcasting from Hafers studios to recap an under the radar yet packed weekend of MMA action, including Gegard Mousasi getting revenge on Uriah Hall, Ryan Bader's big win, & Michael Chandler retaining his Bellator lightweight title vs Benson Henderson.

Tom Hafers, Tim Burrill, & Rich Savstano are together in Hafers Studios to recap UFC 205. Tim opens the show lamenting about passing up on an opportunity to be in the Garden, and instead watching UFC 205 in a bar in Brooklyn with a bunch of filthy casuals. They talk about some of the stand out performances from the non title fights, including Frankie Edgar and Khabib. They also talk about Miesha's emotional decision to retire after her loss, and fighter's struggling with accepting retirement. The conversation turns to Gastelum badly missing weight, and whether or not he should be cut. They go in on Yoel Romero and his post win antics, and dissect that odd outcome in the Welterweight Championship fight. They close the show giving Conor his due respect. The guys then stop the show abruptly before Rich finds himself in a paternity lawsuit.

Tom Hafers old friend and BJJ pioneer Tim Burrill calls in for an extensive interview on his start in martial arts, his lengthy career, and the state of MMA today. Plus, Patrick joins for a preview of the BidChat charity event at 10e restaurant, and Jay calls in for an updates on all things Carolla Drinks.  

Jay joins Tom at Hafers Studios on the East Coast with their buddy Rich Savastano to preview the historic UFC 205 card that will be taking place at Madison Square Garden, & they take a phone call from Sityodtong Boston's Mark DellaGrotte to get insight on the behind the scenes work of the UFC's massive productions..

The guys are joined by their friend Mikey in studio, and Mikey and Nick start off the show with a spirited debate about the Dodson-Lineker decision. After covering the crushing news of the passing of Josh Samman, the guys cover some of the recent marquee fight announcements that have been made. They close the show previewing UFC 204 and Bisping-Henderson.

Carolla Digital employee Dylan Wrenn joins the guys in studio for a recap of the whacky UFC 205 press conference and a recap of Cyborg's latest fight.

The guys welcome back McRitchie who finally got off that zip line in Vegas, and take a call in from Jay who is out hustling for Carolla Drinks. Then Tom joins the line from the Patriots game at Gillette Stadium, and talks about people hassling him about Gostowski. The guys get some fight talk in talking about Cyborg's return, but then get a call from someone wanting to speak with Dr. Drew. After the break, Nick and Tom educate the rest of the guys on the Bad Guy Chael Sonnen, and they talk about the drama between Mickey Gall and Sage Northcutt.

The guys welcome Steve Orosco in studio, and they break down the wackiness and shenanigans that happened at UFC 203. After the break, they talk to Steve Orosco about his journey into martial arts and the genesis of Smash Global, which leads to a preview of Smash Global IV. The guys open the show discussing wedding traditions, and briefly recap the Heavyweight matchup between Andrei Arlovski and Josh Barneet & the first ever card in Hamburg, Germany. They then preview Smash Global IV which a couple of the Sesh members will be attending. They also preview UFC 203 and the heavy weight title fight between Stipe Miocic and Alistair Overeem. The guys get an update from Tom on his athlete's performances at this weekend's Cage Titans event, and they recap the Maia-Condit Card. They hear about Louis's experience at FYF, and close the show previewing the heavyweight match-up between Arlovski-Barnett.

The Sesh opens with Louis regaling the the guys with tales from his trip to UFC 202. They take a call from Tom and break down the fights even further, and talk to his friend Rich who is transitioning from Iron Man competitoins to Jiu Jitsu. At the end of the show, Jay has some breaking news about aPortland Carolla Drinks Bar Crawl that's in the works. 

The Sesh returns after a summer break to preview the biggest fight in MMA history, the rematch between Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz.
