On April 8 2013, Steve Spear embarked on a journey that less than .001% of the population has ever attempted… In 2007, his heart was gripped by the fact that the world’s #1 cause of death, is not cancer, it’s not heart disease, war or smoking… In fact, this one single thing kills more than 4,000 people per day.
