    I feel so happy I could laugh and float to the ceiling like in "Mary Poppins movie". I can move from my heart and not understand why that seed is planted, but just follow it. It's okay however it turns out and I worry less about what others think. It's all coming together and I didn't plan the details and that's what crazy. I set intentions and showed up to put myself out there but I had no idea how good these plans laid out for me were going to be. I get this day, this life!

My year sabbatical studying yoga, mindfulness, and meditation helped me become more grateful and  compassionate towards myself and others. It was a time in this Western society to release my urge to overachieve so that I could be ENOUGH. I've shifted and am ready to balance my prior business world with new perspectives. A wonderful 2019 is in store!

    In December 2016, I set out to live intentionally. I could not have imagined my life as it is in December 2017. I still have to ask myself out loud... is this my life? Where is my conservative nature.. where is my security blanket.. what will my life look like in 2018? Best thing about surrendering is being real and authentic and saying it out loud, breathing deep, and knowing that truly one set of footprints is all that we sometimes see.     Well approximately 6 months after starting my online experience, I am happy to say that I am happily matched for now 4 months and going. I've learned more about what I want and not to settle and found someone that brings more to my life and is truly caring. If you've been discouraged with dating, look at it as learning experiences and take a break now and then until you are ready to be found. Step out and enjoy! (or call a life-line and have someone get you out of the date sooner lol)

Life has a way of showing up with disappointments and we can suppress those feelings they stir or we can allow ourselves to acknowledge those feelings and use them as indicators of emotions but not dictators of actions. We can choose our next actions based on understanding that we have a right to feel those emotions of denial, anger, realizing suppression is easier.  When we do sit with the uncomfortable feeling, we can make conscious choice to see blessing and opportunity.
