Ask The Therapist is a podcast for everybody who is curious about how our minds work, the world of Mental health and all things therapy. Ask The Therapist is hosted by Sarah Rees a Cognitive behavioural therapist, mental health nurse and author of The CBT Journal who has over 20 years experience of working in the field of mental health. If psychology is your thing and you are curious about how your mind works and about creating a resilient mindset this is the podcast for you. Maybe you are having therapy at the moment or just considering it? The show will be a blend of solo and guest episodes, which will aim to educate, simplify and entertain.
