Ask The Therapist is hosted by Sarah Rees a Cognitive behavioural therapist, mental health nurse and author of The CBT Journal who has over 20 years experience of working in the field of mental health. If psychology is your thing and you are curious about how your mind works and about creating a resilient mindset this is the podcast for you.
